Main Modules

The main functional blocks available in the application.

Requests (applications)
Create, track, and process application dossiers (requests) with workflow and statuses.
Document authentication
Authentication requests with ADN code: applicant creates a request, pays, assigns or invites an institution that uploads the attested document.
Subscriptions
Institutions subscribe to an active subscription to access upload by ADN code and advanced features.
Payments
Payment for authentication requests and transaction management on the admin side.
Organizations
Management of institutions (universities, institutes, colleges), departments, programs, and invitations.
Notifications
Alerts and messages for new requests, uploaded documents, and status updates.

Typical workflow (document authentication)

From submitting the request to receiving the document attested by the institution.

1

The applicant creates an authentication request (subject, document type) and receives a unique ADN code.

2

The applicant pays online then selects an existing institution or invites one by email.

3

The invited institution registers if needed, activates its account by email, then is linked to the request.

4

The institution (with active subscription) accesses the request via the ADN code and uploads the document (PDF).

5

The applicant and institution can view the document and status (documents received, processed, etc.).
